Mr ALBANESE (Grayndler) (16:14): I move: That so much of the standing and sessional orders be suspended as would prevent the notice relating to the Nation Building Program (National Land Transport) Amendment (Nation Building Roads to Recovery Program) Bill 2014, standing in the name of the member for Grayndler, being called on immediately and being given priority over all other business for passage through all stages. This bill is about providing funding for roads for local government throughout Australia. The government says that this is a priority. Well, we can fix this—we can fix it today in a process of under an hour.
