I undertook during question time to provide further information to Senator Colbeck regarding his specific question about family day care in Latrobe. I can advise Senator Colbeck that the case he referred to was about a decision of the Tasmanian early education and care regulator, the Education and Care Unit in the Tasmanian Department for Education, Children and Young People.
