The question now is that Pauline Hanson's One Nation's amendments on sheets 2749 and 2751 be agreed to. Pauline Hanson's One Nation's circulated amendments— SHEET 2749 (1) Schedule 1, item 4, page 4 (after line 7), after the definition of funding period, insert: means tested support has the meaning given by subsection 10(7). (2) Schedule 1, item 6, page 4 (line 14), omit "subsections 10(1) and (4)", substitute "subsections 10(1), (4) and (6)". (3) Schedule 1, item 11, page 5 (before line 11), before the definition of stated support, insert: satisfy the means test has the meaning given by subsection 10(8). (4) Schedule 1, item 14, page 6 (line 3), omit "subsection (4)", substitute "subsections (4) and (6)". (5) Schedule 1, item 14, page 7 (after line 21), at the end of section 10, add: Means tested supports (6) The National Disability Insurance Scheme rules may declare that a support is not an NDIS support for a participant or prospective participant if: (a) the support is a means tested support; and (b) the participant or prospective participant is in a class of participants or prospective participants; and (c) the class is declared by the National Disability Insurance Scheme rules as a class of participants or prospective participants that does not satisfy the means test for the means tested support. (7) The National Disability Insurance Scheme rules may declare that a support is a means tested support.
