Senator Thorpe 's circulated amendment to the Family Law Amendment Bill 2023 — (1) Schedule 2, item 21, page 23 (after line 13), after subsection 70NBE(2), insert: (2A) In considering what order (if any) should be made under subsection (1), the court must have regard to the safety of the following: (a) a child; (b) the parties to the proceedings.
