Senator HANSON-YOUNG (South Australia) (15:52): I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I shall move: That the Senate— (a) notes the Attorney-General has instituted legal proceedings against the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC); and (b) calls on the Prime Minister to recuse the Attorney-General from any cabinet deliberations in relation to the ABC including funding.
