Senator DUNIAM: New vehicle technologies should be treated equitably with traditional petrol and diesel cars to ensure that all motorists contribute to the upkeep of Australia's road infrastructure. The government is committed to enabling consumer choice for new vehicle technologies, including hybrids, hydrogen fuel cells and, of course, electric vehicles. Question agreed to.
