Senator DUNIAM (Tasmania—Assistant Minister for Forestry and Fisheries and Assistant Minister for Regional Tourism) (16:55): I seek leave to make a short statement. The PRESIDENT: Leave is granted for one minute. Senator DUNIAM: The Morrison government understands the importance of access to the essential services, including stable accommodation. That's why we provide states and territories with more than $1.5 billion a year through the National Housing and Homelessness Agreement to support their delivery of key services, as well as invest more than $200 million for emergency relief services and $73 million for financial counselling to support people who are doing it tough.
