The PRESIDENT: Leave is granted for one minute. Senator DUNIAM: The Morrison coalition government is providing a record $310 billion of investment in schools, an increase of 62 per cent per student. The Australian government, as the predominate funder of non-government schools, is responsible for providing capital funding for the non-government schools sector. As the predominate funder of government schools, states and territories are responsible for providing capital funding to their schools.
