Back in in 1972, President Nixon launched the war on drugs. He had Elvis Presley and Sammy Davis Jr in the White House. That was in 1972. It hasn't worked. The war on drugs has not worked. I've said here before: I'm sick of watching the six o'clock news and seeing big burly coppers with guns on their hips arresting pot plants. We have to try something different. This is a trial. It should be tried. I hope they bring it on in the state of Victoria if you guys don't.
