Senator FIFIELD (Victoria—Manager of Government Business in the Senate and Minister for Communications and the Arts) (09:31): I move: That on Thursday, 18 October 2018— (a) the Government Procurement (Judicial Review) Bill 2017 and the Treasury Laws Amendment (Lower Taxes for Small and Medium Businesses) Bill 2018 be called on immediately and have precedence over all government business until determined; (b) if by 11.45 am the bills have not been finally considered, the questions on all remaining stages shall be put without debate; and (c) paragraph (b) of this order shall operate as a limitation of debate under standing order 142.
