Mr SWAN: I was asked by the member for Mayo during question time about a grant to the Clinton Foundation of $500,000. I pointed out in my answer that the Howard government had provided $25 million to the Clinton Foundation. Mr Pyne interjecting— The SPEAKER: The Manager of Opposition business will withdraw. Mr Pyne: Madam Speaker, I withdraw. Mr SWAN: The $500,000 grant to the Clinton Foundation was made under a program of the Howard government, the International Forest Carbon Initiative, which was a Howard government initiative, and it was made by the minister for climate change.
