Senator SIEWERT (Western Australia—Australian Greens Whip) (15:41): Pursuant to standing order 78(1), I give notice of my intention, at the giving of notices on the next day of sitting, to withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 2 standing in my name for today proposing that the National Disability Insurance Scheme Specialist Disability Accommodation Rules 2016, made under the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, be disallowed. I also seek leave to table a letter pertaining to this matter which, if you read it, explains why we are withdrawing. In other words, the government has responded to our concerns. Leave granted.
