Senator McKIM (Tasmania) (16:39): I move: That the Senate— (a) supports the right to peaceful protest in Australia; (b) congratulates and thanks the protestors who, on 30 November 2016, expressed their views in the gallery of the House of Representatives, otherwise known as the People's House; and (c) calls on the Government to close the immigration camps on Manus Island and Nauru.
