Senator McGRATH: The government is committed to delivering the Basin Plan in line with the relevant legislative requirements including section 7.17(2)(b) of the Basin Plan 2012. This section outlines the conditions that must be met as part of the efficiency measures program which will deliver the additional gigalitres. The delivery of this water is driven by the voluntary participation of water entitlement holders and state governments. Question agreed to.
