Senator HANSON-YOUNG (South Australia) (15:42): I move: That the Senate— (a) notes the large storm that lashed South Australia on 28 and 29 September 2016; (b) acknowledges the incredible effort of hundreds of emergency services personnel and volunteers who responded to the storm damage under very difficult circumstances; and (c) expresses support for the renewable energy industry in South Australia and endorses South Australia's strong renewable energy target.
