As I have indicated, the government is actively working with industry to ensure the effectiveness of the agreement and the codes to see if further measures are warranted. To date, the ACCC has not been provided with specific examples of conduct that would demonstrate a contravention of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. However, if there are any such examples, I would encourage industry to provide them for further consideration.
