Senator LINES (Western Australia) (16:21): I, and also on behalf of Senators Urquhart and Brown, move: That, on International Day of People with Disability, the Senate calls on state, territory and Commonwealth governments to demonstrate their commitment to people with disability by signing the remaining bilateral agreements for the full rollout of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Australia-wide.
