Given that the minister did not answer this, I am asking him about the Prime Minister's state of awareness of Mr Brough's confessed actions. Mr Brough has stated publicly that he asked Mr Ashby to procure the Speaker's diary for him. I am asking if the Prime Minister was aware of that at the time he appointed him to the ministry.
