I refer to the former chief executive of Lockheed Martin Australia, Paul Johnson, who says: Do we keep evolving this multi-billion dollar industry on-shore, or not? The answer is, of course, unequivocally we can’t afford not to. When will the Prime Minister reverse his captain's pick to let Japan build Australia's new submarine fleet and recommence building 12 submarines in South Australia?
