Senator DAY (South Australia) (15:59): I, and also on behalf of Senator Leyonhjelm and Senator Lambie, move: That the Senate— (a) condemns the deliberate restriction of land for new housing and subsequent price gouging by state and territory land management agencies; and (b) highlights the constraints on land supply which are the principal causes of worsening housing affordability.
