Mr ALBANESE (Grayndler—Leader of the House and Minister for Infrastructure and Transport) (15:13): Deputy Speaker, for your consideration of whether it is appropriate to incorporate the tabling of the website in Hansard, for your information the Federal Court have put all the documents up on a special page on their website today, available for all to read. Mrs Bronwyn Bishop: Madam Deputy Speaker, I raise a point of order. The point just raised by the Leader of the House does not address the question of the subjudice rule as it is set out in Practice. Practice simply says when it is acceptable or not acceptable to mention matters before the court in this place. It does not talk about whether or not things are up on websites or anything else. It is quite clear on page 506 of Practice that once it is before a court it may not be dealt with in this place.
